We are the manufacturer of this revolutionary product, Retract-A-Gate, which is a retractable pet or child gate that winds up to a small roll when not in use. This invention was born from a personal need for a reliable, easy-to-use, and space-saving safety gate. Retract-A-Gate was engineered and tested to address the deficiencies of gates currently on the market. Retract-A-Gate is patented and made of high quality materials and manufactured, by us, in Illinois. We guarantee there is no other safety gate which matches its ease-of-use, attractiveness, and functionality. This is our promise to you. Retract-A-Gate is fully certified and exceeds ASTM specification F1004 for Gates and Enclosures. This specification is a requirement for any child or baby safety gate sold in the United States.

We are extremely confident that you will be pleased with Retract-A-Gate. Our motto is "If you're not happy, we're not happy"...it's that simple! If for ANY reason you would like to return the gate, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of purchase and they can assist you with the return. Additionally, Retract-A-Gate is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We are just as concerned about privacy of personal information as you are and we hate spam emails just as much as you do. We do not rent, sell, or trade any information about you to any third party. We too purchase products over the internet and hate when merchants continually bombard us with emails and offers--we will never do this to you.
